Palestinians report that two Palestinians were hurt in a car blast in northern Gaza. Palestinian security sources say four "militants" were in the vehicle at the time of the strike. Three managed to flee. The Israeli army said it was checking the report. The Palestinians say one person was injured. Mike Tobin of Fox News reports from Gaza that the IDF says the target was a Qassam rocket launching team.
