Iranian President Ahmadinejad has started blogging,
recounting childhood memories, the country's Islamic Revolution and
Tehran's war with Iraq in his first entry. He requests that
readers participate in an online poll asking if they think the U.S. and Israel are "pulling the trigger for another world war."
State-run television announced the blog's launch Sunday, urging
the public to send written messages to the president through the blog's
(www.ahmadinejad.ir)
The blog is an unusual move by the conservative president,
whose government has censored Internet sites it deems inappropriate and
cracked down on bloggers who have posted anti-government messages since
he was elected a year ago. Many of the clerics who support Ahmadinejad
also have shunned the use of advance technology, though other
hard-liners have sent cell phone campaign messages to the public in the
past.
But Keivan Mehrgan, a Tehran-based blogger, said Ahmadinejad's
blog - which is translated into English, French and Arabic - is nothing
more than a publicity stunt. We'll see if it comes up in his interview with Mike Wallace this evening on 60 Minutes. In terms of its effect, we have to wonder if this is a harbinger to more legitimate world leaders circumventing the traditional media filter and reaching out directly to the people. Until that happens, we'll have to settle for the maniacal Ahmadinejad.

Heh heh heh
This is too good! As soon as folks around the world opposed to Jihadism are informed of this, AhmadiNutcase is going to receive plenty of juicy hatemail! I'll let everyone know ;-)

According to some sources (http://blog.giyus.org/), the official Ahmadinejad blog attempts to attack Isreali surfers by an “HTTP MS IE File DragDrop Embed Code”.
giyus.org claims that according to Symantec this is “an attempt to exploit a vulnerability in Internet Explorer […that] if combined with other vulnerabilities, […] could aid in execution of arbitrary code on the client computer”.
Nothing but the expected...

Zalame,
I just tried AmadiNezhad's website (from Canada) and I didn't get any intrusion warning messages from Norton (Symantec) or ZoneAlarm.

The irony is that the Windows software his server is running on is designed by the infidel satan of the west and the CPU in the server was probably designed in Israel...
