Hezbollah's Nasrallah Confirms State Dept Report of Funding Palestinian Terror

A new report from the Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center shows that Hezbollah S-G Hassan Nasrallah admissted in an interview with the Lebanese newspaper Al-Safir to supplying Palestinians with "financial, political, and media [propaganda] support."

Hezbollah is on the terrorist organization list recently published by the State Department (Country Reports on Terrorism 2005). The section relating to support Hezbollah gives the Palestinian terrorist organizations can be found on page 197 of the report, and reads as follows:

"Hezbollah supports a variety of violent anti-Western groups, including Palestinian terrorist organizations. This support includes the covert provision of weapons, explosives, training, funding and guidance, as well as overt political support."
