UPDATE 11/01 @ 16:25: The winner has been announced. Click here for the story and to see the winning entry.
An Iranian newspaper's contest for Holocaust-related cartoons has drawn entries from 200 people, with some drawings mocking the World War II slaughter.
Hamshahri began the contest last month as a test of the West's readiness to print cartoons about the Nazi killing of six million Jews in World War II. The contest, which runs through May 15, comes in response to caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed that sparked protests across much of the Muslim world.
A few are online and are available below the fold.

Sorry about the double entry--it didn't seem to take the first time.
Thanks for the post.

I like the one with the mom and daughter walking thru rubble and the daughter asks the mom "tell me again how world war three started over a bunch of cartoons" I believe in freedom of speech and I believe it holds the same reasoning as unconditional love. No matter what the person does even if you don't agree with them or hate what they are doing, you still love them, no condition. Freedom of speech is the same. I can hate everything that is being said but people have the freedom to say what they want. It's thier opinion not everyone eles'. Good things happen to good people and in the end we all get what we deserve. I don't agree with the above cartoons at all but again that is just my opinion.

I agree with Poland. None of this is antisemitism. The cartoons displayed above are perfectly reasonable and provide a valid perspective of what is happening in the Middle East.

Even if these cartoons provide valid perspective (which they don’t) killing 6 million Jews and other innocent people in unjustifiable. I have absolutely to respect for people who have the nerve to make holocaust cartoons.
